Birchwood Preserve is a smaller gated community of around 200 homes in Lutz, FL. The homes were built by Pulte Homes from 2017 to 2019. They range in size from 1,900 to over 4,700.
The community is situated on two different sides of Geraci Rd, but they both share amenities. The amenities are located in the south section. Those amenities include a resort-style pool with cabanas and hammocks, a children’s playground, and a park.
