Sell Your Home
Your house is one of your largest investments, but it’s also your home. Selling your home can be a stressful and emotional process. My job is to market your home so that it sells for the highest price and to help alleviate as much stress as possible. I understand that each situation is different. For example, you may be relocating for work, selling a family member’s home who can no longer live alone, or having financial issues. My goal at our first meeting is to answer your questions, earn your trust, and understand your situation so we can work together to decide the best path for you to move forward.
Buying a Home
Many questions and concerns will arise when buying a home, whether it’s your first or forever home. I’m here to listen, answer your questions, ease your concerns, and play matchmaker to find your dream home.
With more than 15 years of experience as a full-time Realtor in the Tampa Bay area, I have encountered a lot of scenarios. As a result, I can often prepare for and resolve many issues before they arise.
Short Sales / Pre – Foreclosures
Unfortunately, situations arise, forcing homeowners to get behind on mortgage payments. Foreclosure is not your only option, though.
Selling your home as a short sale could preserve your credit and relieve you of the financial burden.
When you partner with me, you can rest assured that you’re working with someone who has assisted others through similar struggles and knows how to work with the bank to get through the short sale process.
New Construction Homes
Have you decided you’re ready to buy a new construction home? With all the new construction in the Tampa Bay area, there are many communities and builders to choose from.
Before you start your search, a few main factors to consider are the builder’s quality, the area you want to move to, how much you want to spend, the timeframe you would like to move, and the amenities you would like your new neighborhood to have.
Home buyers can be caught off-guard by new home pricing. The price you see oftentimes is not the actual price of the home. There are upgrade costs and lot fees to consider.
When you have a Realtor representing you, they can help narrow the search. Realtors have information such as which homes are near completion, whether there are upgrade fees or lot fees, and price ranges for the various communities.

Communication is key
My objective with every client is to listen to and understand their needs. Whether buying or selling, your Realtor must understand your situation and work to meet your goal.
